General Check in Information
Customers are required to pass through Immigration checks and port security before reaching the Norfolkline check-in booths.
Please note you are required to complete the check-in process a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the sailing departure and during busy periods please allow up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When traveling with pets from Dunkerque you are required to check-in 60 minutes prior to departure to allow time for the pet procedures to be carried out.

Refurbishment work in Dunkirk
Please note that there will be improvement works being carried out in the upstairs level of the passenger and freight service areas in the Dunkirk Terminal building. These start Tuesday 29th September and are expected to continue until Friday 9th October. This is part of the ongoing Dunkirk terminal rejuvenation project, to completely refurbish the Dunkirk Terminal building. During this period the Café will be open as normal. We apologize to customers for any inconvenience caused during this refurbishment.
